The name Apixius is derived from the name Marcus Gavius Apicius, a culinary expert from Rome who served under Emperor Tiberius and was known for his passion for fine and exotic foods. Apixius will bring out your child’s inner chef with our chef classes for kids and our teen chef classes. We will teach your children to cook and create culinary masterpieces. Little Chefs and Teen Chefs Cooking Camp welcomes your child or teen to join us on a culinary adventure for one or more of our fabulous summer cooking sessions taught by a highly skilled professional chef who is truly passionate about cooking.
